Important Notices
- Registration Deadline
Online registration will be closed on 11 September 2023.
- Official Receipt
An Official Receipt will be sent to participants upon receipt of the registration form and full payment.
- Use of Personal Information
Personal information will only be collected and used for purposes directly related to the services and activities of the said event, unless otherwise prior consent has been obtained. Personal data will not be kept longer than the time needed for the intended purpose.
- Disclaimer
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Meeting mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to the programme without notice as and when deemed necessary prior to the Meeting.
- Insurance and Liability
In registering for the Meeting, participants agree that neither the Meeting nor the Organisers will accept liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health, travel and other necessary insurances.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be received by the deadline of registration and registration refunds are subject to a HK$100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (hkccm@hkam.org.hk). Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be made for requests received after the registration deadline.
- Refunds will be issued by cheque. Please allow at least two weeks for processing.
- Registrants who cancel the registration will not receive the Meeting materials.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.
