If the Pre-No. 8 Signal Special Announcement or the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher is issued or in force, or Extreme Conditions is in effect at 6:00am on 19 September 2026, the Annual Scientific Meeting will be changed to online format for the whole meeting.
All speakers and participants will be notified promptly, and technical arrangements will be made to ensure smooth delivery.
