Registration Desk

The registration desk will be operated at 08:00 – 17:00 on 28 September 2024 at G/F of HKAM.

Badge Identification

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. All participants are encouraged to wear their name badges throughout the Meeting.

Catering Arrangement

Refreshments will be served at designated times at Exhibition Hall, G/F, HKAM. Buffet lunch will be served at the foyer of Run Run Shaw Hall on 1/F, HKAM.

Official Language

The official language of the Meeting is English.

Certificate of Attendance

Evaluation will be sent to all attendees after the Meeting. E-Certificate of Attendance will be sent by email to those who have completed the evaluation.

Adverse Weather Arrangement

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued or in force at 6:00am on 28 September 2024, the Annual Scientific Meeting will be cancelled.

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled before 10:00am on 28 September 2024, the afternoon session will start at 2:00pm.

Announcement on the latest arrangement under adverse weather condition, e.g. torrential rain or typhoon, will be made through emails to delegates and the Meeting website.

Liability

The Organiser will not be liable for personal accidents, or any loss or damage of private property during the Meeting. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
