Abstract format and content

• Abstract must be submitted in English.
• Maximum 350 words: Your abstract may be rejected if the word limit is exceeded.
• You are recommended to organize the body of the abstract as follows:
• Purpose: State the purpose of the study (preferably in one sentence)
• Methodology: Describe the methods used
• Results: Summarise the results
• Conclusion: State the conclusions reached
• For ongoing projects, summarise the interim results and milestones.
• Use standard abbreviations: Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full term the first time in use. Please also use Arabic numerals to indicate numbers, except at the beginning of a sentence.
• The Organising Committee reserves the final decision for presentation format of accepted abstracts as oral or poster, and the right to reject and/or to edit the abstracts.
