Special discount rate will be provided to the new Affiliate Fellows of The Hong Kong College of Community Medicine and the fellow admission fee will be waived. If you would like to join as new Affiliate Fellow, please (1) download and complete the application form HERE; and (2) prepare a cheque at HK$275 payable to "Hong Kong College of Community Medicine" for the Annual Subscription Fee.
HK$500 discount to Pre-ASM workshop will be offered if delegates join both the Annual Scientific Meeting and Pre-ASM Workshop. Please approach the Secretariat at ccmasm@icc.com.hk after registration if you would like to enjoy the special rate.
Payment Methods
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard
- Alipay
- Cheque in HKD (for local participants), payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd”.
- Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)
Rules and Regulations
- Online registration will be closed on 21 September 2024.
- An Official Receipt will be sent to participants upon receipt of the registration form and full payment.
- In registering for the Workshop, participants agree that neither the Workshop nor the Organisers will accept liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health, travel and other necessary insurances.
- Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Workshop mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to the programme without notice as and when deemed necessary prior to the Workshop.
- All enquiries should be made in writing to the Secretariat.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be received by the deadline of registration and registration refunds are subject to a HK$100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (ccmasm@icc.com.hk). Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be made for requests received after the registration deadline.
- Refunds will be issued by cheque or credit card depending on the payment method of delegates. All refund will be arranged after the Workshop.
- Registrants who cancel the registration will not receive the Workshop materials.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.

The information you provide will be treated in strict confidence. It will be used by the organizers of the Leadership Workshop for Clinicians and Health System Managers, and its appointed agent for the purposes of registration and related administration procedures for this Workshop.
